I am a full-time student and part time baker making hand-made confectionery for every occasion. I have Food Hygiene Level 1 and 2 Certification which includes Food Allergen training. My priority when baking is getting the best flavour cakes and cupcakes by trying different recipes and using only top quality ingredients.
For decoration ideas I am happy to provide design ideas or take requests for special occasions! I can also provide custom edible images so you can have your own photos or logos on your cakes and cupcakes.
